The accommodation is distributed across three levels, with bedrooms positioned to take advantage of either pool, terrace or sea views. The main level features a master bedroom with walk-in closet and access to the principal pool terrace, two further bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a large living area and several indoor dining spaces. The lower level includes three bedrooms opening towards the second pool and terrace, a living area and a fully equipped gym, while a separate lower-floor apartment contains two interconnected bedrooms and its own living room. An additional bedroom on the upper floor opens onto a private sea-view terrace.

At the heart of the main terrace is a 100 sq. m. private infinity pool, complemented by a second 25 sq. m. pool on the lower level. Sunbeds, seven outdoor sitting areas, an outdoor shower and a private garden provide numerous places to spend time outside, while the BBQ area and covered dining spaces create a natural setting for meals. Indoors, the villa includes an inviting living room, multiple dining areas and a fireplace, alongside individually controlled air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, soundproof windows and a well-equipped gym. In-house personnel provide housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast service, with additional concierge, chef, chauffeur, bartending and wellness services available at an extra charge.

Villa Sasa is positioned in Imerovigli, one of Santorini’s elevated settlements, with the property oriented towards the Aegean and sunrise views. The property also accommodates private events and weddings, with seated celebrations for up to 250 guests, although the natural terrain means that the villa and its surroundings include many steps.
