The villa accommodates up to 15 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, arranged between the main house and three independent lower-level suites. The main residence features an open-plan living room, designer kitchen with island, indoor dining area, fireplace, and sea-facing terraces. Two upper-floor bedrooms open onto private balconies with panoramic sea and sunset views.

The three independent suites offer additional privacy, each with a living area, kitchenette, separate bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony with a heated jacuzzi overlooking the Aegean.

The expansive outdoor areas centre around a private swimming pool and heated jacuzzi, complemented by shaded lounges, a sunset seating area, and a dining terrace for up to 16 guests. An outdoor kitchen, bar, built-in BBQ, and wood-fired pizza oven create a complete setting for relaxed meals and long evenings overlooking the bay.
