Fully renovated in 2019, BB Villa extends across three levels and accommodates up to 14 guests in seven en-suite bedrooms. The layout has been designed with privacy in mind, combining the main living spaces with several independent areas that work particularly well for families and larger groups.

The main house includes a spacious living room, a separate TV room and a fully equipped kitchen. Three en-suite bedrooms are located on the first level, each furnished with a king-size bed and opening onto its own veranda with sea and garden views.

The lower level contains an additional bedroom apartment with its own lounge area, full bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. A further en-suite bedroom with twin beds is also located on this level. Beyond the main house, a separate guest suite and an additional garden house each have their own entrance, providing two more private accommodation options.

Outdoor Living Surrounded by Nature

The outdoor spaces are centred around a 5 x 10 metre private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and landscaped areas. Two separate outdoor lounge and dining areas give guests the flexibility to follow the shade or the sun throughout the day, while a BBQ provides an informal setting for meals beneath the open sky.

The property's generous grounds allow the outdoor spaces to feel naturally dispersed rather than concentrated around a single terrace. Balconies and verandas extend the bedrooms towards the surrounding landscape, while garden areas create a peaceful backdrop to the pool and communal spaces.

Inside, the villa combines the informal spirit of a Mykonian retreat with the practical comforts required for a larger group. Two living rooms provide separate spaces for gathering or relaxing, while Smart TVs, Bluetooth JBL speakers and Wi-Fi allow guests to stay connected and entertained.

The fully equipped kitchen supports longer stays, with a laundry room containing washing and drying facilities adding further convenience. Air conditioning runs throughout the property, while bedroom safes, an alarm system and security cameras provide additional peace of mind.

The Quiet Side of Mykonos

The location is particularly suited to guests looking to experience a less developed side of Mykonos. Agios Sostis Beach is only a short walk away and remains notably free from the clubs and large-scale beach venues found elsewhere on the island. The nearby Kiki's Tavern, tucked behind the Agios Sostis church, is a long-established local favourite and offers a simple, traditional alternative to the island's more polished dining scene.

At the same time, the main attractions of Mykonos remain accessible by car. Mykonos Town is approximately 6 km away, while Panormos Beach is around 1.5 km and Ftelia approximately 8 km. The airport is about 8.5 km from the villa, with the New Port around 9 km away.
