Set on a hillside overlooking the sun-drenched landscape of Mykonos, this 210 m² villa combines contemporary simplicity with the natural character of the Cyclades. Part of a small complex of three independent holiday homes, the property occupies a private 900 m² plot and enjoys a southern orientation, allowing the interiors and terraces to make the most of the island's light.
Muted tones, warm woods and local stone give the villa a calm, understated character. Rather than relying on elaborate decoration, the design creates an atmosphere of quiet sophistication, with clean-lined living spaces opening towards the landscape and the Aegean beyond.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged over two levels. The ground floor forms the main social area, with a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen opening towards the outdoor spaces. A separate bedroom with its own independent entrance and bathroom is also located on this level, providing additional privacy for one or two guests.
The remaining three bedrooms are positioned on the lower level, each with access to a veranda. Large windows bring natural light into the rooms and frame views towards the Aegean, maintaining the connection with the landscape even in the more private areas of the villa.
The layout allows guests to come together naturally in the living and dining areas while retaining several quieter spaces throughout the property. The result is a residence that feels spacious without losing the intimacy of a private home.
Outside, the villa is oriented around an inviting private infinity pool. From the water, the horizon appears to merge with the surrounding sky, creating a particularly peaceful setting for long afternoons spent outdoors.
A generous terrace provides several places to relax, with sunbeds and an outdoor lounge area arranged around the pool. A built-in BBQ and dedicated outdoor dining area make the terrace equally suited to informal lunches and evening meals, while the surrounding open spaces allow guests to experience the changing light of Mykonos throughout the day.
The outdoor setting is deliberately uncomplicated: stone, timber, open skies and the blue of the Aegean provide most of the visual character. Private parking adds convenience, while indoor and outdoor speakers allow music to accompany time spent around the pool and terraces.
The villa is located approximately 500 metres from Kalafatis Beach, placing one of Mykonos' quieter and more open stretches of coastline within easy reach. The area is known for its broad sandy beach and clear waters, offering a more relaxed alternative to some of the island's busier southern shores.
Ano Mera is approximately 3.3 km away for everyday essentials, while the island's main attractions remain accessible by car. Mykonos Town is around 10.8 km from the villa and the airport approximately 9.5 km. The major beach clubs are also within driving distance, including Alemagou at approximately 6.1 km, Scorpios around 12 km and Nammos approximately 12.6 km away.
With its four bedrooms, generous terraces, private infinity pool and southern orientation, the villa is designed around the pleasures of outdoor Mediterranean living. Days can move easily between the beach at Kalafatis, the shaded lounge areas and the pool, while the open-plan interiors provide a comfortable retreat during the warmer hours.
Daily maid service, twice-weekly changes of towels and linens, and regular property and pool maintenance are included, allowing the residence to retain its relaxed character throughout a stay.
