Designed in classic Cycladic style, the villa's crisp white architecture blends naturally with its surroundings while framing spectacular views across the Aegean. Throughout the day, sunlight reflects off the sea below, while evenings bring the remarkable sunsets for which the western coast of Paros is known.
At the centre of the outdoor areas lies a private swimming pool measuring 4 by 12 metres, positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic outlook towards the bay. Spacious terraces and shaded verandas create inviting spaces for dining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the changing colours of the sea and sky.

Accommodating up to eight guests, with the possibility of hosting an additional child in certain circumstances, Villa Actaea combines contemporary comfort with understated Cycladic simplicity. Clean lines, natural light, and a restrained aesthetic create an atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming.
The ground floor serves as the social heart of the villa, featuring an open-plan living and dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Large openings connect the interiors with the surrounding terraces, ensuring that the sea remains a constant presence throughout the home.
The villa is arranged across two levels and offers four thoughtfully appointed double bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two feature en suite bathrooms and direct access to the veranda, while the third enjoys its own private bathroom located just across the hallway. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort during the warmer months.
The first floor is dedicated to the fourth bedroom, a private retreat complete with an en suite bathroom and access to the villa's elevated views. Like the other bedrooms, it has been positioned to capture the surrounding seascape and the island's renowned sunsets.
Although immersed in a tranquil natural setting, Villa Actaea remains conveniently connected to many of Paros' most desirable destinations. The port of Parikia is located just 2.5 kilometres away, while Paros Airport can be reached in approximately 15 kilometres. Several sandy beaches, traditional villages, waterfront tavernas, and cultural landmarks are easily accessible, making the villa an ideal base for discovering the island at a relaxed pace.
