Set in Tourlos, just north of Mykonos Town, Villa Elena occupies an elevated position overlooking Mykonos Port and the Aegean Sea. The setting combines expansive sea views with spectacular western sunsets, while the villa's proximity to the island's main town makes it possible to move easily between the privacy of the estate and the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Mykonos.
The property is designed as a substantial private residence for larger groups, with generous indoor spaces, multiple terraces and a collection of outdoor facilities arranged across the grounds. Its architecture and layout place particular emphasis on the surrounding views, with sea-facing living areas and bedrooms opening towards the landscape.
Villa Elena accommodates up to 18 guests across nine guest bedrooms, comprising four guest rooms, three double bedrooms and two master bedrooms. The accommodation is distributed between the main villa and a separate guest-room section, providing different degrees of privacy within the estate.
The main villa extends across three levels. At the entrance level, an open-plan living area looks directly towards the sea and connects with the dining area and professional kitchen. A bar and additional lounge spaces create a comfortable environment for larger gatherings, while one guest room on this level has its own living space, en-suite bathroom and private entrance.
The upper level contains a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea and Mykonos Town, alongside a further double bedroom with its own large en-suite bathroom.
On the garden level, two further double bedrooms and another master bedroom open onto sea-facing verandas or balconies. The master suite includes a cosy sitting area and walk-in wardrobe, providing a more private retreat within the main house.
Three additional guest rooms occupy a separate lower-level section, each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom. This arrangement allows guests travelling together to retain a degree of independence while sharing the estate's extensive communal spaces.
The exterior is organised around a private infinity pool overlooking Mykonos Port. Sunbeds and lounge areas surround the water, while an outdoor pool bar provides a natural setting for drinks and informal gatherings with the Aegean in the background.
A landscaped promenade runs through the grounds, incorporating garden and lounge areas beneath tropical trees. Outdoor dining spaces extend the living areas into the open air, creating several options for enjoying the island's long summer evenings.
The property also includes a small Orthodox chapel, adding a more intimate and traditional element to the otherwise contemporary estate.
Villa Elena places an unusual emphasis on wellness, with facilities designed to support both relaxation and exercise. An outdoor gym provides a dedicated space for workouts overlooking the sea, while an outdoor sauna offers a quieter way to unwind after time in the pool or gym.
An indoor massage room provides another private wellness space, and the property's extensive terraces offer additional areas for rest and quiet time. Together, these facilities allow guests to build a more complete wellness routine without leaving the estate.

Inside, the professional kitchen is designed to support the villa's full-service operation. A private chef prepares half-board meals, while a dedicated butler is available for eight hours each day. Daily housekeeping, property and garden maintenance, pre-arrival stocking and overnight security are also included, with concierge and guest support available throughout the stay.
Villa Elena is approximately 4.4 km from Mykonos Town and around 3.1 km from the New Port, making it particularly convenient for guests arriving by ferry or wanting easy access to Chora. Mykonos International Airport is approximately 5 km away, while Agios Stefanos Beach is around 3.3 km from the property.
The villa is also well placed for exploring the island's wider dining and beach-club scene. Principote is approximately 5.2 km away, Nammos around 6.4 km and Scorpios approximately 7.7 km, while a range of restaurants and bars can be reached within a short drive.
