Eight Suites for Up to 16 Guests

Villa Olya accommodates up to 16 guests across eight spacious master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The arrangement works particularly well for larger families or groups travelling together, offering a combination of shared spaces and individual privacy. On the ground level, the villa features a generous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC and three master bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms opens directly onto the garden, creating an easy connection between the private interiors and the pool terrace. The outdoor dining area sits alongside the pool, providing an informal setting for meals with the Mediterranean stretching out beyond.

Independent Living Spaces

The first level is divided into two autonomous apartments, each with its own private entrance and direct access to the garden and pool. This layout introduces an additional degree of independence for larger groups, allowing different families or groups of guests to maintain their own living areas while remaining part of the same villa. The first apartment comprises a minimalist living room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen. The second is more spacious, with two master bedrooms, each accompanied by an en-suite bathroom, as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room centred around a fireplace.

Outside, the pool forms the natural focal point of the property. Bedrooms and living areas open towards the garden, while the outdoor dining area provides a relaxed vantage point from which to enjoy the sea views.
