The entrance level forms the heart of the main house, with a comfortable living room, dining area and open-plan fully equipped kitchen. Two en-suite double bedrooms are also located on this level, each furnished with air conditioning, a safe, Sonos speakers and premium bathroom amenities.

A further en-suite bedroom is positioned on the entrance level, while the pool level contains two additional bedrooms. One features a double bed together with two built-in single sofa beds, making it particularly adaptable for families or younger guests. The final guest bedroom occupies the upper church level and has its own en-suite bathroom, private character and uninterrupted sea views.

The interior design deliberately avoids a conventional resort aesthetic. Cool terrazzo floors provide a clean architectural foundation, while rustic wood-carved doors, traditional ceramic tiles and locally sourced marble introduce texture and a strong connection to the island's craft traditions.

Throughout the residence, antique furniture, original artworks and carefully selected design objects sit alongside modern conveniences. The result is relaxed rather than formal, with each element contributing to a home that feels personal and established rather than newly assembled.

Contemporary amenities include Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout and an indoor and outdoor Sonos audio system. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, while a portable BBQ provides another option for relaxed outdoor cooking.

Outdoor living is central to the villa. A series of terraces, balconies and smaller niches are distributed across the property, creating different settings for dining, conversation or quiet moments away from the main group.

The private 40 m² swimming pool forms the centre of the principal outdoor area, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. Two outdoor dining areas, each shaded by a pergola, provide comfortable spaces for long lunches or evening meals, while the surrounding terraces open towards the broad Aegean panorama.

Agia Sofia offers a balance between seclusion and accessibility. The villa is approximately 4 km from Mykonos Town, allowing guests to reach the island's restaurants, boutiques and nightlife without sacrificing the quieter atmosphere of a private hillside residence.

Agios Stefanos Beach is around 3 km away, while the New Port is approximately 2 km from the property and Mykonos International Airport around 6 km. A grocery store is approximately 2 km away, making the villa convenient for both longer stays and days spent exploring the island.
