Spanning 350 square metres across two interconnected levels, the five-bedroom residence accommodates up to ten guests in an atmosphere of privacy and composure. Indoor and outdoor staircases link the floors, allowing for a fluid transition between shared spaces and personal retreats. A dedicated team, including an executive chef and butler, ensures that daily life unfolds with quiet precision.

The principal living and dining areas occupy the upper floor, positioned to maximise the sweeping caldera outlook. Large windows frame the pool terrace and open horizon, drawing natural light deep into the interiors. Adjacent to the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use, ideal for preparing coffee, light meals, or refreshments throughout the day. A secondary lounge on the ground level provides an additional setting for relaxation or private conversation.

The master suite is also located upstairs, offering a rain-shower bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, study area, and expansive windows oriented toward the volcanic landscape. On the ground floor, three double bedrooms with en-suite rain-shower bathrooms open toward the pool and terrace, each benefitting from views across the caldera. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated to the rear, facing a quiet patio.

The terraces unfold around a generous swimming pool designed for both invigorating swims and unhurried afternoons on sun loungers. The open-air spaces are arranged to capture the shifting light over the Aegean, from early morning clarity to the warm tones of sunset.

An outdoor barbecue area allows for relaxed alfresco dining, whether prepared independently or by the estate’s chef.
