On the main level, an open-plan kitchen and lounge lead out to a sea-facing terrace with an alfresco dining area for up to 14 guests. The master suite—thoughtfully separated for privacy—features a freestanding bathtub, Japanese smart toilet, and its own secluded terrace for peaceful mornings or late-night stargazing.

Additional en-suite bedrooms are dispersed throughout the home, offering comfort and autonomy to each guest. On the garden level, a second living room invites relaxed downtime, anchored by a 75-inch smart TV. This floor also houses a dedicated wellness area complete with a Klafs sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool—creating a private spa-like experience just steps from the garden.

A separate staff room and full laundry facilities make the villa well-suited for longer stays, while ensuring service remains discreet and seamless.

At the heart of the villa’s outdoor experience is the 18-metre infinity pool, where a built-in swim-up bar, fridge, and ice machine keep refreshments close at hand.
