The estate unfolds across a landscaped plot of 6,000 square metres and is comprised of two independent houses, rented together as a single, private compound. The configuration makes it ideal for larger groups or multigenerational families, allowing guests to share space while also enjoying their own sense of retreat. In total, the villa offers eight air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to sixteen guests in relaxed comfort.

Just below, the second residence connects directly to the gardens and pool terrace. Its layout feels light and easy, perfect for younger guests or families with children. The house features a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining breakfast space, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A third room is reserved for staff and includes its own private facilities, allowing for smooth, unobtrusive support during your stay.

From the main interior, glass doors open straight onto the pool level, where sun loungers and shaded areas overlook the water. The proximity to the garden and sea makes this part of the villa especially appealing for those who like to spend long days outdoors, moving seamlessly between swimming, dining, and relaxation.

Two additional guest suites are located on the lower level of the estate, each with its own private entrance and full en suite bathroom.
