Positioned at garden level, the Pond House offers an intimate, open-plan layout ideal for couples or small families. This one-storey retreat features two interconnecting rooms, including a double bed and a generous sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen makes light meals and breakfasts effortless, while the en suite bathroom and air conditioning ensure comfort and autonomy. The atmosphere is calm and minimal, with verdant views and proximity to the rest of the estate.

The Pool House: A Hub of Leisure and Living

The Pool House serves as the heart of the estate, designed across three levels to frame the property’s most dynamic shared spaces. At the top, a vast 500-square-metre terrace provides panoramic garden and sea views, with multiple dining and seating areas ideal for evening gatherings or long, leisurely lunches.

Just below, the central pool area is flanked by three bright and elegant suites, each with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a comfortable sofa bed. Next door, the second suite is divided into two rooms and features another super king bed, a separate lounge with a double sofa bed, its own kitchenette, and en suite bathroom. Ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.
