Perched above the Aegean Sea, the villa invites calm with its expansive outdoor living spaces and sweeping sunset views.
At its heart lies a sun-washed veranda draped in a pergola’s shade, framing a private swimming pool that draws the eye toward the horizon. The villa unfolds across three thoughtfully arranged levels, each designed to balance shared moments and personal retreat.
On the ground floor, a luminous living and dining space is paired with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, inviting easy conversation and unhurried meals. A guest WC is discreetly positioned nearby. Upstairs, the master suite offers seclusion, with its own sea-view veranda and exterior access that enhances the sense of privacy.
The lower level opens to the pool terrace and houses three bedrooms—one with an en suite—as well as a shared bathroom. On this same level, an independent guest house offers additional privacy and comfort, complete with a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and private bath.
