Spanning approximately 450 m², the villa is arranged over two main levels, designed to accommodate both shared living and private retreat. The upper level hosts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, alongside a spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, and dining area that opens towards the outdoor terraces.

The lower level expands the accommodation further, with four additional bedrooms and a separate guest house, all with en-suite bathrooms. Several of these rooms enjoy direct sea views, reinforcing the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Outdoor Living and Sunset Views

The villa’s outdoor areas are designed to take full advantage of its elevated position. Multiple sitting and dining areas are oriented towards the sea, creating natural spaces for both relaxation and entertaining.

Two swimming pools offer different settings throughout the day, while a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a barbecue area complete the outdoor experience. As the day draws to a close, the terraces become a vantage point for Mykonos’ well-known sunsets, adding a quieter rhythm to evenings at the villa.

In addition to its outdoor offerings, Villa Sophia includes a dedicated wellness area. A gym, along with a massage and hammam space, allows guests to maintain routines or unwind in a more private setting.
