Refined Layout Across Three Levels

Designed for generous living, Villa Leon comprises 15 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, arranged thoughtfully across three expansive floors to accommodate up to 30 guests in comfort and privacy.

The upper floor hosts the villa’s most exclusive accommodations: a master suite and a queen double room, both with private verandas, as well as a spacious family suite complete with a double bed and two sofa beds. Guests on this floor also have access to a private fitness centre outfitted with Technogym equipment, a Jacuzzi, and panoramic verandas perfect for quiet mornings or sunset yoga.

On the ground floor, the villa welcomes guests into an expansive communal space that includes a living room with fireplace, a dedicated TV lounge, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A poolside suite with separate entrance overlooks the sea and sunset. There are also five additional double guest rooms—each with their own entrance—as well as a flexible family-style suite that includes an adjoining en-suite room. A smaller single bedroom offers extra accommodation, using a shared WC and shower.

The lower level continues the villa’s commitment to comfort with five more double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all en-suite and featuring an independent entrance. Entertainment is central here, with a cinema room fully equipped with surround sound and plush seating.

Outdoor Living with Island Elegance

Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and expansive terraces, Villa Leon’s outdoor spaces are designed for both leisure and celebration. The infinity pool is a true centrepiece, complete with a diving board and framed by lounging terraces that look out over the sea.

A variety of shaded seating and lounge areas invite afternoon relaxation or evening cocktails, while a large dining and barbecue area offers the perfect setting for long Mediterranean meals under the stars. There's also an open-air movie projector for alfresco cinema nights.

For those who want to stay active, a private tennis court with nightlights and synthetic turf is tucked just beyond the gardens. A heliport ensures swift arrivals and effortless transfers, making Villa Leon as convenient as it is luxurious.
