Above, the rooftop terrace provides an elevated perspective of the Aegean horizon — an ideal setting for sunset dinners or outdoor cinema evenings with the integrated video projector. The villa accommodates up to ten adults across five bedrooms, each designed with sea views and equipped with walk-in closets, safes, and integrated Bang & Olufsen sound systems. The master suite enjoys panoramic sea views, a 200x200 bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom oriented towards the horizon. Additional bedrooms on both the main and lower levels maintain the same standard of comfort, ensuring consistency throughout. A separate lower-ground living area provides added flexibility, functioning as an independent lounge space ideal for guests seeking additional privacy. All five bathrooms are fitted with modern showers and refined finishes, maintaining the villa’s clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with dual refrigerators and freezers, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, blender, juicer, and ice maker — suited to both informal family cooking and private chef service. Air conditioning runs throughout the property, and outdoor parking accommodates three vehicles.

Pool heating is available upon request during selected periods. For peak summer months, a Compass 150CC boat is included in the rate (fuel excluded), offering the opportunity to explore the Halkidiki coastline from the water. A private arrival and departure transfer from SKG Airport further simplifies the journey.
