Villa Alora enjoys a south-facing position near Hvar Town, combining easy access to the lively centre with a peaceful setting overlooking the Adriatic. Its unobstructed sea views extend towards the island of Vis and the Pakleni Islands, while a carefully landscaped Mediterranean garden surrounds the property with local plants, herbs and mature greenery. The villa offers 230 m² of living space, with custom-made interiors using natural materials, wood and stone to create a relaxed Mediterranean character.

Spacious interiors and four bedrooms

The 50 m² living room is arranged around the sea views, with custom furniture, leather sofas and a lounge area centred around a handmade wood-and-iron table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, while the indoor dining area seats six with additional space for two at the kitchen counter. Four bedrooms provide a mixture of sleeping arrangements, including three spacious rooms with king-size beds and a smaller fourth bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a twin over a full-size bed. The principal bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, glass doors and furnished balconies overlooking the sea and olive groves.

Poolside days and Mediterranean evenings

The garden is designed as an extension of the living spaces, with a 36 m² infinity pool, sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining area overlooking the surrounding landscape. A stone-built BBQ is positioned beside the outdoor dining table for eight, with Mediterranean herbs growing nearby, while the gazebo provides a sheltered place to enjoy the changing light across the sea towards Vis. A wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, heating, internet, laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen add practical comfort throughout the year.

Close to Hvar Town and Pokonji Dol

Villa Alora is approximately two minutes by taxi or car from the centre of Hvar Town, or around 15–20 minutes on foot. Pokonji Dol beach is approximately 500 metres away, with a pebble shore and lighthouse reached along an old, uneven path where sturdy footwear is advisable. Beyond the immediate surroundings, Hvar offers historic churches, museums, a marina, restaurants, festivals, wineries and coastal landscapes, while the old road towards Milna provides a quieter route through olive groves and forest.
