Completed in 2018, Villa Polo embraces modern architecture with clean lines, generous proportions, and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass that frame the changing colours of the sea throughout the day. At the heart of the residence is an impressive double-height atrium where the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas flow effortlessly onto expansive terraces overlooking the infinity pool and coastline.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the bay. Every bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin room, offering flexibility for families and groups of friends. A cot and rollaway bed are also available for younger guests.

Life on the Water

The Adriatic becomes a natural extension of the villa itself. Guests can swim directly from the private waterfront, paddle through the calm bay by kayak or paddleboard, or set out to explore the coastline aboard the villa's own Axopar 28 T-Top boat, available to be charted with skipper. A private yacht mooring further enhances the experience for those arriving by sea.

For exploring inland, electric bikes are included, while the complimentary BMW i3 electric car provides an effortless way to discover the vineyards, beaches, villages, and scenic roads of Korčula at your own pace.
