Positioned in the exclusive residential enclave of Sveti Jakov, Villa Bridget presents a secluded perspective on one of Croatia’s most celebrated coastlines. Elevated above the Adriatic and only moments from Dubrovnik’s historic center, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views stretching across the open sea toward Lokrum Island and the unmistakable silhouette of Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town.
Designed for guests who value privacy as much as proximity, the residence combines a calm waterfront atmosphere with immediate access to the cultural rhythm of the city.
Extending across more than 700 square metres of interior space and set within a private 1,209 square metre estate, Villa Bridget balances Mediterranean character with a contemporary architectural language. Expansive glass surfaces invite natural light into every level while maintaining a constant visual connection to the surrounding landscape.
Materials and finishes have been selected with restraint and refinement, creating interiors that feel both polished and comfortable. A private glass elevator connects the levels of the home, adding ease and discretion throughout the stay.
At the centre of the villa, the main living area unfolds as an open and luminous gathering space, complete with a fireplace and thoughtfully curated artworks that introduce warmth and personality. Adjacent, the fully equipped modern kitchen supports everything from relaxed breakfasts to long evening dinners overlooking the sea.
Accommodation is arranged across four generously proportioned bedrooms, welcoming up to eight guests in complete comfort. Each suite has been designed as a private retreat with king-size bedding, en-suite bathrooms, soundproofing, blackout curtains, air-conditioning, and direct access to a private terrace.
Large openings frame uninterrupted sea views, while selected bathrooms feature stand-alone bathtubs alongside spacious walk-in showers, reinforcing the sense of quiet indulgence throughout the residence.
Life at Villa Bridget naturally extends outdoors. Multiple terraces overlook the coastline, creating distinct spaces for morning coffee, leisurely afternoons, and evenings spent watching the changing colours above Dubrovnik’s walls.
The infinity swimming pool appears to merge into the horizon, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas designed for slow days under the Mediterranean sun. A summer kitchen, barbecue area, and alfresco dining setting allow meals to unfold outdoors against a panoramic backdrop.
For moments of restoration and complete privacy, the villa also includes a Finnish sauna and dedicated massage room, while landscaped gardens planted with olive trees soften the surroundings and reinforce the atmosphere of a private Adriatic sanctuary.
Despite its peaceful position, Villa Bridget remains closely connected to the highlights of Dubrovnik. St. Jakov Beach is within walking distance, while the Old Town can be reached in approximately fifteen minutes on foot, allowing guests to move effortlessly between quiet coastal living and one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic historic destinations.
