Luxury Villa Argo to Ibiza town with Direct Sea access Casa Estuardo, located just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant centre of Ibiza Town.

Set amidst serene wooded countryside, this exquisite property offers a tranquil retreat with breathtaking sea views, including the enchanting island of Formentera.

Architecturally designed and thoughtfully constructed, the villa spans three levels, gently descending the hillside. As you arrive, the upper level greets you with ample parking for two cars and more on street parking. A wide spiral staircase leads you to the grand open-plan living space, seamlessly connecting the sitting room, dining area, and kitchen, with a wide balcony the whole way round with ample lounge seating areas for those holiday sundowners.

The living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer unobstructed access to sun decks and terraces. These outdoor spaces are perfect for hosting memorable gatherings and feature high-quality comfortable outdoor furniture. Intelligent electronic blinds and linen curtains provide privacy or reveal the stunning surroundings as desired.

Inside, the living area offers spacious seating arrangements and is equipped with a 65” plasma television connected to a Sky satellite system and a Bose base box, connected with a Sonos surround sound music system for an immersive entertainment experience. The Sonos music zones include the master bedroom, lounge, kitchen, gym, pool, garden and 2nd Master bedroom. The entire floor is air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are fully stocked with stylish table and glassware and is fully equipped with all mod cons, including an integrated fresh coffee bean machine, Smeg appliances-juicer, kettle, toaster. An array of everything you, or a chef, will need to create something super special in the kitchen.

Outside, the sun decks feature various seating arrangements, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. Featuring two outside dining areas, one with views to the sea and the other next to the kitchen and including a child’s play area so you can BBQ, then eat lunch all whilst keeping an eye on the little ones.

On the lower floor, accessible via a sweeping circular staircase, you'll find the bedrooms. The master bedroom, positioned at the far left end, offers magnificent views and features a large 2meter bed, high quality linens and towels, a 48" plasma television, an integrated DVD player, a sound system with iPod docks, and a full ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower. Ample wardrobe units cater to your storage needs.

For the family visitors with young children, there is also a wooden, whitewashed, triple bunk bed with gentle steps to cater for those who wish to be near their parents. Also a baby cot with mattress, high chair and other baby essentials are available on request.

Four additional guest bedrooms are generously sized and include king size beds with high thread-count sheets, ensuite bathrooms, in-built wardrobes, and sliding windows that provide access to private gardens. All bathrooms include luxury waffle robes, and a pair of complimentary slippers for each guest.

All bedrooms have a private shaded balcony with individual sun beds for those moments needed alone or simply, to chill out and read a book and to escape the midday sun.

The bedroom on the far right also gives access to a fully equipped gym area, with running machine, elliptical machine, a rowing machine, free weights, medicine balls, boxing bag and gloves, bands, straps and balls. This is also accessible from around the pool area.

The lower ground floor is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort.

Outside, meticulously landscaped gardens lead to an iridescent, shimmering, tiled swimming pool with individual sun beds and umbrellas, with opposing huge outdoor sofas. There is a gate adjacent to the pool with steps leading down to a private cove with sea access for those that like to dip in the ocean.

On the middle floor, along side the bedrooms, you’ll find more space with double sun loungers with optional shade, for socialising or sunbathing, creating a blissful space for relaxation during the day or in the evening. There is also a neon lit bar for entertaining with professional size bar fridge. The perfect place for any family gathering or holiday celebration.

Housekeeping service with towel changes is provided twice a week, with the option for additional cleaning upon request.

Security is of utmost importance, and the villa is fully equipped with comprehensive security systems to ensure your peace of mind, including a full indoor and perimeter alarm, security cameras, large safe and its fully gated.
