Villa Arcadia is a sensitively restored 18th-century finca set in the peaceful countryside near San Rafael, Ibiza. Surrounded by forest and orchard landscapes, the property offers a tranquil rural setting while remaining centrally positioned on the island. Its traditional architecture and period details create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and unhurried, embodying the quiet charm of inland Ibiza.

Original features have been carefully preserved, allowing the farmhouse to retain its authentic character while providing the comforts expected of a well-maintained private residence.

Flexible Accommodation for Families and Retreats

The finca offers five double bedrooms arranged across the main house and adjacent guest accommodation. Two bedrooms within the principal house share a bathroom, while three additional rooms sit nearby — one with its own en-suite and two sharing a generous bathroom. With the exception of the master bedroom, all rooms can be arranged as twins, allowing adaptable sleeping configurations.

Additional cots and a foldable bed provide further flexibility, making the property particularly well suited to multi-generational families, groups of friends, or wellness retreats seeking both shared space and privacy.

Comfort in Every Season

Though historic in origin, Villa Arcadia is equipped for year-round living. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, and pool heating ensure comfort in both summer and cooler months, while a Sonos sound system provides a seamless audio experience throughout the home.

The farmhouse kitchen balances rustic charm with practical functionality. A Smeg gas stove anchors the space, complemented by a Nespresso machine and electric juicer — thoughtful touches that support both leisurely breakfasts and long, relaxed dinners.

Orchard Gardens and Outdoor Living

The saltwater swimming pool sits on a lower terrace beneath the house, embraced by olive trees, lavender, rosemary, and citrus groves. Sun loungers are positioned among the planting, creating pockets of shade and privacy with views extending across forest and orchard.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here. A wood-fired pizza oven and large barbecue sit beside shaded dining tables designed for extended lunches and slow evening meals. The scent of herbs and citrus drifts through the garden, reinforcing the finca’s connection to its natural surroundings.

For younger guests, a shaded playground tucked beneath pine trees includes a sandpit, trampoline, swings, slide, and ping pong table — allowing children their own space to explore while adults gather nearby.
