Villa Brac Grande is part of an exclusive estate set within a two-hectare private compound—home to Brac’s largest botanical garden. Available to rent separately or together, the villas are perched above a panoramic, almost biblical landscape. From this vantage point, guests enjoy sweeping views across the Split/Brac Channel, with the city of Split and the dramatic mountain ranges beyond creating a stunning, shimmering skyline—particularly magical at night.

The villas are staffed with a dedicated live-in team, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience. Each day begins with a complimentary breakfast tailored to your preference—featuring fresh eggs from our own hens, local pastries, yogurt, and seasonal fruit. Guests are occasionally surprised with a complimentary amuse-bouche and cocktails, adding to the personalized and indulgent nature of the stay.

For meals, you may request lunch or dinner service from our team (with customizable menus available via our cuisine guide), or enjoy preparing your own dishes—while our staff handles both set-up and clean-up. A wide array of local restaurants are also easily accessible by car for those eager to explore the island’s culinary scene.

In the evenings, our wine cellar becomes a cozy and inviting setting for curated wine tastings, accompanied by Dalmatian prosciutto, cigars, and top-shelf spirits. Seamless Travel and Island Exploration

We provide complimentary pick-up at Brac Airport and the Supetar ferry terminal, ensuring your arrival is smooth and stress-free. While our team offers occasional complimentary transfers to local restaurants (depending on group size), we highly recommend renting a car to truly discover the island’s hidden treasures at your own pace. For added convenience, chauffeured car service and water-taxi transfers to Split or neighboring islands can be arranged upon request.

Dedicated On-Site Team

Villa Brac Grande is staffed by a team of four professionals: a Head Housekeeper and Villa Manager, a second housekeeper, a houseboy/porter, and a gardener/porter. Daily housekeeping is provided, ensuring every detail is cared for.

With prior notice, we can also arrange for additional services including a private chef, babysitter, massage therapist, or yoga instructor. Should you be traveling with your own staff, we are happy to help secure nearby accommodations in the local village.
