The private olive grove stretches across two hectares and produces between 100 and 250 litres of estate olive oil each year. Suite 1, at 52 square metres, features ocean and garden views, a walk-in closet, a private terrace, and a king-size bed that can be converted into twins. Suite 2 offers 55 square metres of interior space with a private lawn, distant ocean views, a king-size bed, and a tranquil terrace. Bedroom 1 is a 20-square-metre room adjoining the Master Suite with a soundproof connecting door, a king-size bed, and shared bathroom access. Bedroom 2, at 25 square metres, includes an en suite bath and shower, a walk-in closet, and full sea and garden views. Lastly, Tower Bedroom 3, set apart in a private tower pavilion, features an en suite shower, a courtyard view, a king-size bed, and a charming coffee corner with its own fridge, as well as rooftop access to a small viewing platform.
