The chalet extends across 550 sqm and is arranged over three levels, accommodating up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Its elevated position provides panoramic views towards La Dent du Villard and across the Courchevel valley, giving the surrounding peaks a prominent role in the character of the property.

Light-filled alpine living

The principal living spaces are located on the main level, where large bay windows bring natural light and mountain views deep into the interior. Two lounge areas create distinct spaces for conversation and relaxation, with a fireplace providing a warm focal point during winter evenings. A bar and separate dining area make the floor well suited to long meals and relaxed gatherings, while the large terrace extends the living space outdoors.

The interiors balance contemporary comfort with the familiar warmth of alpine design. After time on the slopes, the atmosphere naturally shifts towards slower moments indoors: the fire glowing in the lounge, a drink at the bar or hot chocolate prepared by the chef while the mountains outside gradually disappear into the evening.

The chalet also has a private entrance and dedicated ski room, making the transition between the pistes and the interior particularly straightforward.

Five private bedroom suites

The sleeping accommodation is spread across the two lower levels. Four bedrooms occupy the first lower floor, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, toilet, dressing area, desk and private balcony. The fifth bedroom is situated on the level below and includes its own ensuite bathroom, toilet and dressing area.

Together, the five bedrooms accommodate 10 guests while giving the chalet a clear separation between its sociable central spaces and more private sleeping quarters. The individual balconies attached to four of the bedrooms provide additional opportunities to step outside and take in the alpine surroundings.

Pool, wellness and entertainment

The lowest level is devoted largely to leisure and relaxation. A private swimming pool incorporates waterfalls and a jet-swim system, complemented by hydrotherapy jets for a more restorative experience after a day in the mountains. A steam room and shower add a dedicated wellness element, while a separate lounge provides somewhere to unwind away from the main living areas.

For quieter evenings, the home cinema offers a purpose-designed space for films and entertainment. This level also opens onto its own terrace, creating another connection with the mountain environment.
