Alpine setting in Mont d’Arbois

Set in the Mont d’Arbois area of Megève, Chalet Neva is a 1,000m² ski-in/ski-out retreat arranged over five floors. Its position at the foot of the La Cry button lift gives the chalet an unusually direct relationship with the slopes, while the surrounding mountain scenery can be enjoyed from its balconies, terraces and garden. Inside, refined timber, contemporary furnishings, artwork and open fireplaces create a polished alpine character that remains warm and residential.

Spacious interiors and considered accommodation

The chalet is organised around a series of generous living spaces, including several lounges, two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Six double bedrooms are complemented by a six-person children's dormitory and a further twin bedroom, with each bedroom offering its own en-suite shower room. The master suite has an open fireplace, private balcony and walk-in wardrobe, while selected ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto terraces. An elevator connects the floors, and an underground twin room without windows is particularly suited to children or staff.

Wellness, entertainment and alpine facilities

A substantial wellness area forms a central part of the chalet, with a 10m x 4m indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, gym and private massage room. The leisure spaces continue with a cinema room, TV lounges and pool table, while several bar areas and a wine cellar provide a natural setting for evenings indoors. Practical touches include a dedicated ski room with boot warmers, garage parking for four cars, Wi-Fi and an office space. An outdoor swimming pool is also available during the summer months.

Ski access and Megève

The chalet's garden leads directly towards the ski area, with the green Traversaille slope providing ski-in access from the green Mandarines run, while the La Cry button lift sits at the end of the garden for departures onto the Mont d’Arbois slopes. The Mont d’Arbois gondola and Rocharbois cable cars can be reached from the upper station, or via the chalet's in-resort driver service, with the lower lift stations around four minutes away by car. The centre of Megève is approximately six minutes away, bringing its restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques within easy reach, while the Jaillet side of the ski area is around 15 minutes away by car.
