Located in Crans-Montana, the property comprises two adjoining chalets arranged around a heated outdoor pool and surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Designed for privacy and scale, the estate accommodates up to thirty-eight guests, offering the atmosphere of a private residence paired with the facilities of a world-class alpine retreat.

Two Chalets Designed for Shared Living

The Chalet Kristina spans approximately 4,670 square metres and is composed of a grand Master Chalet and a neighbouring Guest Chalet, seamlessly connected while maintaining their own distinct spaces. The Master Chalet extends across four levels and includes eight spacious master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony, alongside two children’s dormitory-style suites designed for younger guests. Generous communal areas encourage both social gatherings and quiet moments, with spaces including a living room, billiards area, games lounge, cigar room, and private office, all served by an internal elevator.

The adjoining Guest Chalet offers six additional suites, along with its own kitchen, library, and dining room. Together, the two chalets create a residence well suited to multigenerational families or larger groups wishing to share time together while retaining individual privacy.

Wellness and Leisure

At the heart of the estate lies an exceptional private spa spanning more than 1,000 square metres. Finished with yacht-inspired teak flooring and polished marble, the spa includes a Finnish sauna, steam room, gym, snow shower, changing areas, and three treatment rooms. Direct access leads to the heated outdoor pool, where mountain views extend across the surrounding alpine landscape.

Additional leisure spaces include a private cinema, games room, and dedicated ski facilities, creating a setting where relaxation and entertainment unfold effortlessly after a day outdoors.

Positioned directly beside the slopes, the estate offers ski-in and ski-out access to the wider Crans-Montana ski area. Guests can step outside and begin their day on the mountain before returning for an afternoon swim, fireside relaxation, or dinner overlooking snow-covered peaks.
