Villa Lyra enjoys an elevated outlook across Golden Beach Bay, the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Paros. Its contemporary design is arranged across two separate volumes, creating a flexible setting for groups who value both shared spaces and a measure of independence. With a private swimming pool and generous outdoor areas for dining and relaxation, the villa brings much of daily life into the open air while retaining the convenience of a well-organised interior.
The main house brings together two spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room. In the separate guest house, three further double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms, while a shared living area with a kitchenette provides an additional place to gather or enjoy a quieter moment. Together, the two units offer five en-suite bedrooms for up to ten guests, with the layout allowing different members of a group to maintain their own routines while remaining part of the same stay.
The outdoor spaces are centred on a 14-metre-long swimming pool overlooking the surrounding seascape. Generous dining and lounging areas provide room to enjoy leisurely breakfasts, afternoon coffee or evening aperitifs while taking in the open views across the Aegean. Shaded private parking adds practical convenience, allowing guests to come and go with ease as they explore the island.
Villa Lyra is approximately a ten-minute walk from Golden Beach, placing the coastline within easy reach for swimming and days beside the sea. The villages of Dryos and Piso Livadi are both less than a ten-minute drive away, offering convenient options for exploring the surrounding area. This combination of a panoramic setting, two distinct living volumes and access to nearby beaches and villages makes the villa a practical base for discovering this part of Paros.
