Perched on a hillside overlooking Golden Beach Bay, Villa Ariana combines the character of its original traditional architecture with a comprehensive renovation completed in May 2022. Its contemporary design makes the most of the elevated setting, with views of the Aegean Sea extending throughout the property. The surrounding seascape, together with the distant outlines of neighbouring Cycladic islands, provides a defining backdrop to the villa’s indoor and outdoor spaces.

A Main Residence and Two Private Guest Houses

The accommodation is arranged across a main house and two independent guest houses, connected by an outdoor pathway. The main residence features an open-plan living and dining arrangement, a sophisticated kitchen, three en-suite bedrooms, and a guest toilet. Each of its principal spaces enjoys views towards the sea. Both guest houses follow a similar layout, with a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an external terrace. This configuration allows guests to gather in the main house while retaining the option of quieter, more independent living in the separate residences.

The outdoor areas are designed around the Mediterranean climate and the surrounding landscape. A 12-by-5-metre swimming pool forms the centrepiece, complemented by several lounge areas, an outdoor dining space, and barbecue facilities for relaxed meals together. A dedicated yoga area, protected from the wind and finished with wooden flooring, offers a quieter place for stretching, meditation, or morning practice. Two shaded parking spaces add convenience, while the arrangement of the outdoor spaces provides opportunities to enjoy both shared moments and time away from the group.

The Cycladic Seascape

From its hillside position above Golden Beach Bay, Villa Ariana looks across the Aegean towards the islands of Naxos, Iraklia, Ios, and Folegandros. The setting lends itself to leisurely days spent by the pool, unhurried outdoor dining, and evenings watching the changing light across the water. The original description does not specify driving distances to nearby villages, beaches, or other points of interest, so these can be added once verified to give guests a clearer picture of the villa’s location on Paros.
