Built in 2020, Chalet Crimson occupies a convenient position in the Plantret district of Courchevel 1850, just 30 metres from the Epicea ski slope. Arranged across four floors and served by a lift, the chalet combines easy access to the mountain with a setting close to the resort’s shops, restaurants and other amenities. Its layout brings together dedicated living spaces, private bedrooms and a wellness area for a stay centred on skiing and time spent together.
The main living floor features a lounge overlooking the ski slopes, with a dining table for up to ten guests and a separate TV corner arranged around a sofa and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen sits alongside these communal areas, keeping meal preparation connected to the social heart of the chalet. Elsewhere, an additional relaxation area offers a TV and sofa, while an office with a convertible sofa provides a flexible space for working or unwinding.
The floor-by-floor description lists five bedrooms: three with double beds and two with single beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, while a guest WC provides additional convenience. On the lower floor, the wellness area features a jacuzzi, hammam and massage room, complemented by a separate relaxation space with armchairs and a TV. A dedicated ski room provides storage for equipment between outings.
With the Epicea slope approximately 30 metres away, getting out onto the mountain is straightforward. The centre of Courchevel 1850 is around 400 metres from the chalet, with boutiques, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets and the Le Forum shopping centre all within easy reach. This location allows guests to combine days on the slopes with the dining, shopping and après-ski options of the resort.
