Despite its privacy, the heart of Hvar Town is only a 15-minute stroll away, blending island tranquillity with easy access to cafés, boutiques, and the marina.

This Mediterranean-style villa accommodates up to 16 guests across seven individually styled bedrooms, and one apartment, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite LCD TV. The layout works particularly well for multi-generational groups or friends travelling together, offering both privacy and communal spaces.

Terraced Outdoor Living by the Sea

Life at Villa Terra unfolds across a series of sea-facing terraces. A long dining table seats 14 beneath the main veranda, while smaller patios offer intimate corners for morning coffee or afternoon reading. The pool deck, lined with loungers and umbrellas, is perfectly positioned for all-day sun and sunset aperitifs, with the islands silhouetted beyond. Though lawns are limited, the stonework and tiered design immerse guests in a quintessentially Dalmatian setting.

Discreet Service and Thoughtful Extras

Guests are welcomed with a drink on arrival and enjoy daily housekeeping along with concierge support throughout their stay. The villa manager resides in a separate house nearby, while reception is located in a dedicated outbuilding at the entrance, ensuring assistance is always close at hand—without ever feeling intrusive. Due to the sloped terrain and multiple staircases, the villa is not ideal for young children, and supervision is recommended for those under 10.
