Setting and Property Overview

Villa Trullo Selva is part of Luxury Experience, a six-hectare estate in Puglia comprising two properties that can be rented together or separately. Sharing a similar design, comforts and services, the two structures offer a setting for families and groups of friends to spend time together while retaining privacy. Trullo Selva has an internal surface of 220 sqm, a 75 sqm swimming pool and 850 sqm of outdoor space, including the solarium and gazebo. Underfloor heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property’s interior.

Interior Layout and Amenities

The main interior includes five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a smart TV. The bedrooms range from approximately 22 to 29 sqm. A living area with sofas, a smart TV and a dining table sits alongside the equipped kitchen, which includes cookware and utensils, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine station. A further double bedroom, approximately 27 sqm, is located in a poolside dependance and also has a private bathroom with shower and a smart TV. The dependance additionally contains a laundry room with a washer-dryer.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces centre on a heated saltwater swimming pool with a shallow “shore” area and a maximum depth of 1.40 metres. A shower and toilet are located nearby, while piped music extends across the surrounding solarium. The poolside area includes covered sections furnished with sunbeds, as well as an outdoor living area with a large sofa and dining table. A circular stone gazebo provides another place to gather, with a dining table seating 14 and the possibility of accommodating up to 17. A wood-fired oven and barbecue complete the outdoor cooking facilities.

Shared Estate Facilities

Guests at Trullo Selva can also use the estate’s shared facilities, which include a padel court, gym area, children’s play area, massage area and organic vegetable garden. These amenities complement the property’s private pool and outdoor living spaces, offering additional options for recreation and relaxation during a stay.
