Property Informations

Overview
A Contemporary Retreat Above Parikia Bay
Set on the hillside above Parikia, Villa Zaia is a newly built residence that combines contemporary design with distinctive cave-inspired architecture. Its elevated position opens onto sweeping views across the bay and the deep blue Aegean horizon. Clean lines, modern furnishings and generous windows give the interiors a bright, understated character, while the villa’s setting brings a sense of space and privacy.
Living Spaces and Accommodation
The main level centres on an open-plan living area, where a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining space share the same impressive outlook. Four double en-suite bedrooms are arranged on this level, including a flexible room that can serve as a TV lounge or be prepared with a double bed. A fifth double en-suite bedroom has its own separate entrance, offering an additional degree of independence. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom, with access via the internal staircase or a modern lift.
Outdoor Living and Amenities
Outside, an infinity swimming pool extends towards the views of Parikia Bay, accompanied by a sun terrace furnished with loungers and an outdoor shower. Separate shaded areas provide space for relaxed dining and lounging, while the dedicated barbecue area lends itself to leisurely meals outdoors. Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, a safe, an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Private shaded parking is available for two cars.
Exploring Paros
Villa Zaia’s hillside setting places Parikia and its waterfront within reach, offering opportunities to explore the island’s capital, browse its shops and enjoy its restaurants and cafés. Parikia is also home to the island’s main port, making it a natural starting point for discovering Paros and its surrounding islands. The villa’s elevated position provides a quieter setting in which to return after a day exploring the town and the wider island.
