Villa Helena is a newly constructed, five-bedroom retreat on Paros, combining contemporary architecture with open sea views and generous outdoor living spaces. Cement finishes, muted grey tones, whitewashed walls and wooden ceilings give the interiors a restrained, natural character. Outside, the private swimming pool and broad sun terrace establish an easy rhythm between time spent relaxing in the sun and meals enjoyed beneath the pergola.

Five Bedrooms Across Two Levels

The main living level brings together an open-plan kitchen, dining area and modern lounge, creating a comfortable shared space for gathering throughout the day. Three double bedrooms are also located on this floor: one has an en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, another enjoys sea views and direct access to the pool, while the third opens onto a private outdoor patio. The latter two share a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms occupy the lower level, where a quieter setting and a shared bathroom provide further accommodation. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, the villa accommodates up to ten guests, with the layout offering a balance of communal living and more private sleeping spaces.

Poolside Dining and Outdoor Relaxation

The outdoor areas are arranged around the private swimming pool, with sun loungers and a combination of sunny and shaded spots for relaxing throughout the day. A pergola-covered dining area provides a comfortable setting for meals prepared on the barbecue, while smaller sofa arrangements near the pool offer informal places to enjoy a coffee or an evening drink. The property also includes shaded private parking. Inside, practical amenities include air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, espresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle and a dishwasher. Concierge assistance is available throughout the stay, while cleaning and linen changes are provided twice weekly, alongside towels, toiletries and essential consumables.

Within Reach of Paros’ Beaches and Villages

Villa Helena is approximately 1.5 km from Golden Beach, with the coastal destinations of Lolantonis and Faragas further afield. Piso Livadi, around 5 km away, offers a nearby village to explore, while Lefkes, Aliki and Naoussa provide opportunities to discover different sides of Paros, from traditional island streets to waterfront dining. Paros Airport is approximately 16 km away, and the ports of Parikia and Paros–Antiparos are around 19–20 km from the villa. These distances make a useful starting point for planning beach days and excursions around the island.
