Villa Anemona is a newly constructed villa designed around contemporary interiors and outdoor living, with views across the Golden Beach coastline. Cement surfaces, grey tones and wooden ceilings bring texture to the interiors, while whitewashed walls and modern furnishings create a calm, understated atmosphere. The living area combines comfortable seating with an adjoining dining space, providing a welcoming setting for time spent indoors.

Layout and Accommodation

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four double bedrooms arranged over two levels. On the ground level, one spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a sunny balcony overlooking the coastline. Two further double bedrooms on this level share a bathroom with a shower. At the lower level, a fourth double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a cooler, more secluded atmosphere, with less natural light. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and large wardrobes.

Outdoor Spaces and Amenities

Outside, the swimming pool terrace is complemented by shaded corners for relaxation and a pergola-covered dining area near the pool, suited to meals in the open air. The villa also provides parking and Wi-Fi, while practical facilities include a washing machine, dryer and microwave. During the stay, concierge assistance is available for information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities. Housekeeping is provided twice a week, with linen and towel changes also scheduled twice weekly, and toiletries and consumables supplied.

Golden Beach Views
