Villa Vanity is a protected heritage residence positioned just above the waterfront, a short walk from Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town. Restored with respect for its original architecture, the three-floor villa brings together natural stone, a soft Mediterranean palette and carefully selected interiors, preserving the character of a family home while introducing the comforts of contemporary living. Its terraces and rooms open towards sweeping views of the Adriatic, Lokrum Island, Banje Beach and the ancient city walls.
The villa unfolds across three floors, with spacious communal areas and five elegant en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, a sea-view loggia leads into the main living and dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the principal terrace and an additional guest toilet completes the level. The upper floors are dedicated to private accommodation, including two generous master suites with king-size beds, walk-in closets and bathtubs, alongside three further en-suite bedrooms. Several rooms feature private or expansive views towards the sea and Old Town, with refined interiors, high-quality linens and a calm, understated aesthetic throughout.
Outdoor spaces are central to the experience of Villa Vanity with several terraces providing different perspectives across Dubrovnik and the Adriatic. A private heated swimming pool is set alongside the main terrace with sun loungers, while outdoor dining offers an inviting setting for meals overlooking the water. A further upper terrace extends the living space into the open air. Inside, the villa combines a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with indoor dining, air conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi, while family-friendly facilities include a baby cot and high chair on request, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Villa Vanity occupies one of Dubrovnik’s most privileged positions, sitting above the beach and approximately a three-minute walk from the Old Town. Stradun, the historic centre and Dubrovnik’s architectural landmarks are therefore close enough to explore on foot, while the elevated waterfront setting gives the villa a quieter atmosphere away from the bustle below. From the terraces and interiors, the Adriatic, Lokrum and the Old Town walls remain an ever-present backdrop, connecting this historic family residence closely with the landscape and character of Dubrovnik.
