A Private Residence on the Adriatic Coast

Villa Spa Estate brings together three villas in Mokošica, set beside the Ombla River and approximately 50 metres from the sea. With a combined capacity of 28 guests, the 1,600 sqm residence is suited to larger groups, extended families and several families travelling together. The separate villas allow guests to spend time together while retaining their own living spaces, in a coastal setting within easy reach of Dubrovnik.

Accommodation and Interiors

The residence comprises 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, with king-size and queen-size beds across the accommodation. Bedroom configurations vary, with some rooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and others sharing a bathroom. Several bedrooms have balconies or terraces, and many enjoy sea views. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and stylish living areas, while the interiors also include entertainment facilities such as media and relaxation rooms, PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO and board games. Private fitness facilities and wellness amenities add further options for spending time indoors.

Outdoor Living and Wellness

Outdoor spaces across the residence include private heated swimming pools, jacuzzis, outdoor showers, barbecue areas and garden lounges surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Outdoor kitchens and alfresco dining areas provide space for meals together, while sun loungers and umbrellas create comfortable places to relax beside the pools. The residence also offers fitness and wellness facilities, with housekeeping, weekly linen and towel changes, pool and garden maintenance, a welcome amenity and 24-hour concierge service included in the stay.

Exploring Mokošica and Dubrovnik

The public beach is approximately 50 metres away, while grocery shopping is available around 300 metres from the residence and restaurants and bars are approximately 400 metres away. A post office, doctor and pharmacy are each around 500 metres away. Dubrovnik’s Old Town and the nearby hospital are approximately 7 kilometres away, with the Old Town around a 10-minute drive. The tennis court is approximately 7 kilometres away, ACI Marina around 8 kilometres and the harbour around 6 kilometres.
