The chalet's nine bedrooms comprise a master bedroom, six deluxe double rooms, a family room for two adults and two children, and a children's room with two bunk beds for four children. The private living and dining area enjoys mountain views and features an open fireplace, creating a welcoming setting for gathering throughout the day. Elsewhere, the spacious private cinema offers an extensive entertainment selection and video games, while the party room provides a more convivial atmosphere with a Steinway piano, casino table, shuffleboard, bar, games, and an international book collection. A private wine cellar holds a selection of Austrian and international wines.

The dedicated spa area centres on a 14-metre indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, and cold plunge. Further facilities include halotherapy on heated loungers beside a salt-stone wall, a floatation bed, cryotherapy chamber, hyperbaric facility, gym, and yoga studio. A sound-healing room provides a separate space for restorative sessions, while the treatment and massage room accommodates personalised wellness treatments. A clinical room and a relaxation area complete the facilities, alongside a vital bar for refreshments between activities.
