Conceived by its owners as their own ideal mountain retreat, the wooden chalet combines a sense of seclusion with convenient access to outdoor activities throughout the year. The golf course and village railway are within walking distance, while tennis, climbing, hiking, and mountain excursions are all close at hand. In winter, skiing and snowboarding are accessible near the chalet, while summer brings opportunities for cycling and exploring the surrounding landscape.

The interiors are designed around comfort and practical details, from Swiss Sense box-spring beds to a well-equipped kitchen with options for ground coffee, filter coffee, and coffee pods. A bread-roll delivery service can be arranged for breakfast, while the kitchen's beer tap, SodaStream, and varied tableware make it equally suited to casual meals and more elaborate dinners. A bathtub offers a quiet moment of relaxation, and the Sonos music system extends throughout the house and onto the outdoor terrace. Locally produced half-linen bed linen from a Vorarlberg weaving mill adds a considered regional touch.

A heated pool and hot tub provide inviting ways to unwind, complemented by a Physiotherm heated lounge on the top floor with views of the Brandner mountains. The fireplace brings warmth and atmosphere to the living space in every season, while a traditional masonry heater provides additional heat during colder periods, with lighting arranged by staff at an agreed time. Outside, the covered lounge can be enjoyed year-round, with heated seating and overhead heat lamps. A barbecue station is available in both summer and winter, and yoga mats allow guests to practise indoors or outdoors. An elevator connects the chalet's four floors, making movement between levels more convenient.

Chalet Grace Royale's setting makes it easy to combine quiet time at home with days outdoors. The golf course and village railway are within an approximately five-minute walk, while the tennis courts are around a five-minute drive away and the climbing park approximately eight minutes by car. The Lünersee cable car can be reached in around 20–30 minutes by car or village bus, opening up access to the striking mountain scenery around Lake Lünersee. Whether the day involves hiking, cycling, skiing, or simply enjoying the view from the terrace, the chalet offers a comfortable base for experiencing the Brandner Valley in every season.
